製品染用に開発した独自素材で、富山にある高級天然繊維をメインとする染色工場にて、後染め加工しております。ニュージーランド産の＜17.5μ＞、繊維長の長くて非常に細く滑らかな高級・高品質のメリノウール　(スーパー120クラス)を採用しております。

数値が小さいほど<細くて高品質>となりますが、カシミヤは＜14μm＞程の細さであるがゆえに、高品質な繊維と言われております。＜17.5μ＞という細さは、それに次ぐ質の高さを誇ります。ちなみに、アウトドアブランドなどで一般的に採用されるメリノウールの細さというのは＜19.5μm＞。この数値差というのは、肌触り一発で区別できるぐらいの違いがあります。

We use a proprietary material developed for product dyeing and perform post-dyeing processing at a dyeing plant in Toyama that mainly uses high-end natural fibers. We use <17.5μ> superfine merino wool from New Zealand, which has a very long fiber length and is very smooth and of high quality (super 120 class). Although smaller values indicate finer and higher quality fibers, cashmere is considered a high-quality fiber due to its fineness of about <14μm>. A fineness of <17.5μm> is a close second in terms of quality. For reference, the fineness of merino wool commonly used in outdoor brands is <19.5μm>, and this difference in numerical value is significant enough to distinguish by touch.

ウールは吸湿性に優れ、綿やポリエステルと比較してもずばぬけています。温度調節機能、汗冷えせず直ぐに乾きます。長時間着ていてもベトつきが無く、何より圧倒的な防臭性があります。家庭洗濯も容易なウォッシャブル加工を施しております。

表向きでは、様々なリスクを想定し「手洗い」という表記になってしまうのですが、ギアリズムでは、最初の洗いは「水洗い」⇒「乾燥機」をリコメンド。水洗いから熱を加えることで、縦に4-5cm程の縮みがでます。むしろその方が、生地目がギュッと締まり、風合いも増し、またパッカリングした縫製部も馴染んできます。

Wool has excellent moisture absorption compared to cotton or polyester. It has a temperature regulation function and dries quickly without becoming damp from sweat, and most importantly, has overwhelming deodorizing properties. We have applied a washable process that makes it easy to wash at home.

As for the "gearism", for the first wash, we recommend "water wash" ⇒ "dryer". By adding heat from the water wash, it will shrink vertically by about 4-5 cm. Rather, the fabric texture tightens up, the texture improves, and the sewing parts that were packed also fit better.
